Well this is a new one to myself! I went to adjust my track tension and the rear axle nut loosens partially thens locks right up! Also my track adjuster on the right side is pretty much maxed out while the left still has play! The track is aligned the same on both sides but I thought both adjusters should have roughly the same number of threads showing but that's not the case. The nut is not cross threaded but feels like it. I added a 4th wheel kit awhile ago but never had problems before. Could my axle be bent??? I don't recall any big hits.

It's likely the threads on the axle are stripped and you should consider getting a new axle. The threads are pretty soft.
It's not uncommon for the track adjusters to be a little off, as long as it's not too excessive. Some other reasons could cause this, uneven track stretch, worn suspension components, bent parts, improper track tension, etc.
I don't use a scale or use a weight to set track tension anymore. I just make sure that the track is running straight on the suspension rails. I raise the rear of the sled off the ground and measure the distance between the sliders and the inner drive lugs of the track. Works well for me.

That's what i was thinking to about the threads! Luckily this isn't my original skid so I have a spare rear axle but looks like I'm gonna need air ratchet to get it off!!
