Took the nut off the axle which let me remove the whole axle and spacers. Does the other side of the axle have a nut or is that just a bolt that does not come off? Tried to slide the other wheel off down the whole length but it does not move. How do I get this wheel off?

solid axle with sleeves and spacers on it. Wheel has to slide on, probably just corroded on there.
