Rear Bushings 05 RX-1

I took my skid off last night and was wondering if I should change our my rear bushings. They are the stock white ones but look in decent shape. How do I tell if they should be replaced or should I do it anyways. MY 05 RX-1 has 3900 miles.

I did find a place called mountain performance that sells a whole kit but I think they are plasitc. Would it not make sense to change out the stock ones for plastic ones?

Stock ones are plastic as well. The inner bushings are aluminum. You pretty much have to pull it apart and look for wear on the bushings themselves.
