Ok i have been looking around on the site for awhile an im seeing a trend. These sleds need more cooling for low snow conditions. An what i have seen is two options, an apex radiator by the brake, or a rear heat exchanger. I would rather do the rear heat exchanger, but i cant find anything for info. If someone could point in the right direction, i would be greatly appreciative.

call kevin at port yamaha he should have them , i had to put them on both rx1,s & vector they work great.

Have done both and both work well. But the radiatior w/fan works better in all conditions; Setting, low snow, hard pack and icy conditions. Where the rear exchanger only helps while moving and with snow hitting it.

ok ill do that. but i just did some looking on the parts fiche, an it looks like the apex mt have the extra cooler in the back. Im wondering if that is what he is going to sell me?

No offense hibshman25, but if you are going to install a rear cooler install the mountain cooler. It's like 5 times bigger than the 121

I installed a radiator and fan on one of my RX1's last season. It was pretty easy. I had it hitched up to a toggle switch last year but this fall I went to Napa and purchased a sending unit to make the fan come on when it gets to 220 deg. Ill see how that works as soon as we get any amount of snow around here.
