Hello,
I have a 2009 Nytro that I just put a Schmidt Bros pipe on, I would like for more of the pipe to show. I was wondering if any one has any pics of a nytro that have modded the stock seat and plastic. I have been looking into the Skinz. But I have read that it is not very comfortable.

Anything has to be better than that 'pillow' stocker... How many people still ride with it?
Worst thing ever.

Rigidone pretty much has what you're lookin' for- oh Tony? :)

I use the stock seat still. I got rid of the rear plastics that hold the exh cover on. I went under tunnel exh and now under the metal seat tunnel is all storage!

Crap pics but the white nytro is stock seat with plastics taken off, with a Yoshimura muffler

man, the skins seat is pretty damn comfortable, Now would i want to go on a 600mi weekend bagger trip with it?? the answer is NO, my answer would be the same with the stock seat for that matter..For my normal days of riding 120-160mi days its awesome, #*$&@ is fine, and my knees definitely appreciate more then the stocker seat..

Just my opinion but if you run an aftermarket exhaust and want the skinz seat maybe get the undertunnel bolt on. Otherwise it just sticks out like a sore thumb showing all the wardens your modified. Esp important if they are strict on noise.

id have to disagree. big old shiney pipe sticking out may have a bling factor but I prefer a clean looking sled. just my opinion though!

I don't mind the look much but what if you fall off right on it? Its gone to burn the piss out of your jacket or bibs. I like the skinz seat but I think its much better to have the under tunnel exhaust and use that spot for storage. Just my view on it.

agreed, I have so much room under my oem seat, plus I added the low profile bag right at the rear of the seat opening and have room for the mountain addiction tank rails right behind it.

I think I would take storage over looks but I ride mostly off trail so storage is nice for clothes or food or whatever i need when riding in the back country.

I had to return mine to stock due to track clearance issues, but this is how I had it set up before.

thank you, I didnt really do it for the bling factor, mostly the huge weight savings and comfort. I have shed almost 40lbs off my nytro between that and an Earth X battery..And love having my hips well above my knees..

I just go out for day rides, 120-160mi. no need for storage on the sled for me, I keep my samiches in my camel bac...:)
