Rear shock revavle question

OK let's put it this way..... 175-180 lbs dressed, fuel in tank, and another 25-30 lbs. of frozen ice in the tunnel - can I get by with the 6.5 spring, or should I push for the 6.8?

Does anyone know the 2 or 3 stage stack revalving specs for the rear shock, shim diameter etc? A friend of mine rebuilds shocks buts need to know what goes in it. Thanks!!!!

I might have the front float shim add on sizes but not the rear. Bruce at pioneer did my rear
