talking about the stop and go cornering, got a buddy that bought a apex a couple of years ago,he came off of a 600polaris edge, and he had a hell of a time adjusting to the apex style of riding,he would chop the throttle in the corners, hit the brake, and try slid the back end around.man he would be sweating, the tors was constantly activating,he was convinced their was something wrong with the tors,we would ride it and we could never get it to act up,took 2 years to convince him to change his riding style.getting passed in the corners.it was kinda humorousAlatalo said:[Regarding the adjustment of the coupling point, I have more or less decided to leave it in the OEM position. The reason for this is basically that I am forcing myself to learn how to ride a "wheelie-happy" sled. And the more I ride it, the more I start to realize that it is actually possible to ride around the problems caused by the excessive weight transfer and actually use this to your advantage. It requires a lot of body english, ugly as hell stop-and-go type of cornering and likely a steering post relocator, but once sorted out and in the right environment, I enjoy it a lot...!
