I got the front two bolts in and then the back two. I can't seem to get the two center bolts in the bar is about 2" behind and south of the bolt holes. What is the trick or do I have to go front, center and then back. I tried that but I still couldn't get it close enough. I have it in the there the correct way but can't seem to compress the spring in the back. I have tried it with the sled hanging on the ground one inch from floor etc. I am really getting PI$$ED

Take off the 14mm bolt out of the bottom side of the control rods that holds the spacer on. Also make sure you have your FRA set in the "soft" (upper) position or you'll be wrestling it in the whole way!

Srxspec is right, take that bolt out on the bottom of the control rods and it will go right in. Without doing this it is just about impossible to get the suspension in.

I got that bolt backed out to the point of dangling. I have the FRA at middle. Am I correct on my sequence/ Front Back Middle??

I usually go front, then take out the transfer rod bolts, middle should go right up in there no problem. Then slowly let the rear down until it lines up and put bolts in the rear shaft. Then just reinstall the transfer rod bolts and tighten,...should be a piece of cake!!

is the direction of the top bogie wheels supposed to look like a reversed letter "C" and the FRA on the bottom? Or do I have it flipped the wrong way...or is that even possible??

Here's a rough drawing of what it looks like when installed. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask! It will make it alot easier to install if you put your FRA in the soft position, then move it when you get everything tightened up!

I can't quite understand where you see the "C"... wheels are round, so they look more like an "O". If you're referring to the curve of the bracket that the tiny wheels are mounted around, then it is curved slightly towards the back (that means that as you get further from the shaft, the curve goes back).
Three thoughts here;
1) Really dumb question (don't be insulted, everybody misses this kind of thing once in a while)... You HAVE loosened the track, right?
2) Are your limiter straps unusually tight? Try loosening them all the way off as this will allow the rails to move forward and give you a better angle at the rear arm.
3) Have you tried putting a hydraulic garage jack under the BACK of the skid? It IS possible for it to drop down TOO FAR. It has to be in just the right place to go back together.

Thanks Allen I got the pic. LB I got the track backed off all the way the transfer rods dangling the FRA at medium (but that's going to soft) and ys my straps are tight since it rathcets like a beeeeotch!!! Gonna give it another whirl tonight. Let you guy's know how I do. First time with the skid out can't ya tell

I may be doing it wrong but I stick a long wrench or pry bar in the middle section for leverage and line the bolt hole up while pulling on the bar. Both front and back mounts are bolted in when I use the pry bar. I dont think it hurts anything. but I do wrap a cloth around what ever I use for leverage. This works for me, good luck.

I got it. The trick was to basically loosen up the limiter straps then the holes lined right up with a little muscle. Would've been a serious piece of cake with 2 people but a had to learn the old fashioned way. Thanks Guy's!!

One last thought as I read this thread...most of my work has been on other sleds in that my warrior is so new. When I did this in the past, using ratchet straps to slightly compress the spring allowed the holes to line up perfectly without fighting the suspension. I don't know if this applies here, but it would be the first thing I try.

I'm too late with this,but what worked well for me was to compress the front of the skid with a small racheting tie-down strap and it will make install a breeze compared to having to muscle it in. The strap acts like that extra strong pair of hands and you can adjust it whereever needed! FWIW RR
