FYI
Just went through my rear suspension. 2900 miles on the sled.
All but two idle wheel bearings were pretty gritty feeling. One idler wheel was slightly froze.
The rear axle bearings seem fine.
I cleaned and repacked all the bearings.
Slides were in pretty good shape. But I inslalled the Teflon slides as I had planned.
Rebuilt my shocks. Shocks were in pretty good shape. But the pressure was in the 150 psi range.
Should be 200-250-ish. Shock oil still looked pretty good. Red oil.
When I rebuild shocks I use Amsoil medium blue.
Overall the suspension was in pretty good shape.

I went through mine 2 wks ago when I changed shocks and added the hygear coupling system and all idlers were good and tri hub good even though the turbo dynamics 4th wheel kit just showed up. Even grease looked good and zerts still worked.
