What do I have to check or replace for trouble free for the next saison. I think to replace wobble bearing in chain case, remove rear suspension and change all bearings, add DuPont slides. What else ?

I'm only at 3000 right now. But I think after this season I will do the jackshaft bearing on the clutch side and the speedo" bearing.

Tri Hub I am doing this year.

All my bearings were good with 8000mi and seasonal clean/regrease. Only regular replacement I found was the top gear in chaincase. Bushing wears. Shocks and Suspension needs a good going over for sure.

Does the 6206 Bearing will fit to replace wobble bearing?

Did you know the 2016 vipers have an updated jackshaft and bearing? It might be worth looking into if you plan on keeping your machine a few years.

It's been updated again for 17. According to the part numbers to use the 6206 it's everything including shaft and case.

Xf 7000 is 2602
Sr Viper is 6206
I'm not sure if it's a mistake ?
