Rear suspension problems please help!

I had the same sag with mine RTX … when I took it to my dealer I was told that is normal , and the shocks only respond properly when riding. He asked me if I had ever bottomed out and I told him no. I am a little over 200 lbs without gear , he said if I ever bottom out then I would have a problem…… sled still rides ride as stiff as ever… That sag drove me crazy but my sled still rides great … don't spend money on something not needed …

Thanks guys I decided after to send the shocks away and get the torsion spacers from higher, going to lube everything up when I go to put my shocks back in! Excited to see if this is gonna make me enjoy my nytro even more
