I have an '08 FX Nytro 10x with custom built shocks from B-Line Control (shocks came in used sled when I bought it). When I am off the sled and push down on the rear bumper, the rear suspension sags about 4-5 inches but does not rebound when I let go. Is this normal or do I have a shock rebuild in my future?

Rear Shock
Is you sled on dolly's when you test it? If so, take it off the rollers and check it again, for some reason the suspension does not act normal when on the dollys.
I had my rear shock rebuilt and revalved but when I compressed the rear suspension it did not rebound upward at all.
I'm getting the heavy duty torsion springs and Hygear spacers.

Might want to try X-Click spring cams. Easy install and big improvement. The hygear spacers didn't really do anything for my Nytro, but had a big effect on the wife's Phazer.

What does the X-click do, is this just a higher cam setting vs. the stock cam adjusters? Where do you buy these from?

best thing I did for mine when it did that was to take skid out and clean out all the old grease from the cross shafts. after I did that it popped right back up. I do have hygear spacers too.

i had the same problem this year. i pulled the rear shock out and was able to squeeze it closed. After having the shock rebuilt, I am unable to squeeze it and now the suspension pops back up.
