Has anyone ever considered or attempted to install a r-motion in the pro cross chassis? Most folks seem to think the r motion is smoother, transfers better and is easier to adjust.

I agree, I prefer the ride of the rmotion. Much more plush. I do though love the 998! This motor is truly awesomeHas anyone ever considered or attempted to install a r-motion in the pro cross chassis? Most folks seem to think the r motion is smoother, transfers better and is easier to adjust.

I don't know anyone who has done it. My guess is it would be way too soft in the heavy rear end of the ProCross.
Not sure why you'd want to either. The back of my LE with QS3R's is right on par with it IMO.

so far haven't been able to get it anywhere near as smooth as the r-motion in my Doo Grand Touring. I've tried a ton of adjustments and gone from bottoming out to pretty stiff. Haven't rode it this season since my drive axle is on BO. I purchased a Hy-Gear dual rate for the center shock. I'm hoping that helps

I agree.
I rode an 850 all day Sunday & that DOO rear end is WAAAAAY better for me.
The front end is actually NOT that good. It darts & pushes & my knees hurt trying to lean way forward to get the thing to turn.
I would think there is a model R-Motion that would work, but it may take many tries at positions & angles to make work
I believe there is an M-10 or M-20 AIR that fits & is designed for the ProCross & is actually better then the R-Motion.

Does the Air transfer at all? I had M-10's for years and loved the ride but the fun factor was way down on these skids due to no transfer. To me, it was not worth the trade off. Even this cat skid does not transfer well stock so I modified it by removing the transfer rod and designing my own stops farther back to get me the transfer I love! If they have improved upon that aspect I would seriously consider buying a Air Wave.my brother purchased the air in January and it the best skid i have rode in all the years i have ben ridding sleds he put it in the pro cross and wow it is like he has a brand new sled. he purchased air fronts too. you cant go wrong with this skid.

Cflorek my buddies (4) with M20 AIRS DO MISS the transfer, it has good acceleration and unbelievable ride but they do miss the transfer.

Ya, thats a bummer. I did cut the plastic transfer slide on the last M-10 I had to help but still not as fun

I’m finding my 2020 ltx gt to be on the stiff side.. I thought the gt was for grand touring and having a plush suspension lol..
I have all settings set to 1 and rear springs are on the softest, seems like you have to be on the throttle pretty hard to smoothen out the ride.

I looked on the Team Fast site. It says 137" skids are sold out. That sucks.

My 17 ltx le with the qs3's was the same too stiff. I like the plushness of the rmotion but cant beat the power of these sidewinders.I’m finding my 2020 ltx gt to be on the stiff side.. I thought the gt was for grand touring and having a plush suspension lol..

I put the dsc valve in my rear qs3 and I’m 260lbs and it’s super plush and doesn’t bottom much with spring on 1. I traded with my buddy’s new xrs 850 today and he called mine the comfy couch in comparison. His was definitely lighter feeling but I couldn’t wait to get mine back. His TS skis suck in my opinion
