Rear taillight !

Can someone help me out .

I have my tail light cover broke and the new one is here . How do you get the old tail light ( led lights and all ) off . I had the shrouds off and the seat with the light out but i couldn't find anywhere to unplug it or disconnect it ? the wire runs right along the seat up under the side panel ( battery side ) How do i go about unplugging the old one and installing the new one ????

you have to remove tank cover on right side, its just above chaincase/battery, there you have connector to taillight

do you need to take off the battery side cover where your oil tank is ??

i was that far but didn't see anything so i put it back together ? what about the headlight cover ????

remove big cover on battery side, cable is near frame/fueltank going upwards mainswitch, dont think you need to remove any other covers
