Looks good. How much did they charge you? I have a blue stripe I would like to replace with silver or all black. Can the stripe be pulled off?

Well, I got it done for $100, but the guy had done a lot of work for my friends. He said he could have probably gotten double that, but I don't know if that's true. I didn't shop around. The silver was cut out completely and the red was stitched in.

Looks Nice! I've done 3 Apex Seat color changes now and I've used the Duplicolor Vinyl dye every time. With proper prep and a little patience I'd be hard pressed for anyone to know the seat was dyed....and it only cost me $5.00 for a can of the dye. JMHO.

I've used the red twice, once to change from the blue stripe to red and once to change the black to red. This last time I changed from silver to an all black seat.

Any auto parts store such as Pep Boys, Advance auto carries it around here.

Recently picked up an Apex seat with a blue stripe....had the local upholstery guy replace it with black.
He also fixed a small seam that had opened up. Cost $100 total and looks great!
