Ok I have seen the list of questions that are asked very often but I don't see anything about mirrors. I have an 06 Attak but the mirrors I have are useless. What are the best ways to go on this issue. I am thinking somethig up on the bars not way down on the cowl help I need to see behind me .....

Personally I like the small wrist mirrors myself. I put one on my left hand with the strap going across my palm (so it's centered on the back of my hand) and just flip my hand up real quick to see behind.
I know some people probably won't like the idea of taking your hand off the handlebars but the fact of the matter is, if it's too dangerous of an area to be taking your hand off the bars, it's probably too dangerous of an area to be taking your eyes off the trail to look through a sled-mounted mirror too.

Hand mirrors aren't legal in Quebec!YamahaMainer said:Personally I like the small wrist mirrors myself. I put one on my left hand with the strap going across my palm (so it's centered on the back of my hand) and just flip my hand up real quick to see behind.

I took the mirrors shown in the picture off the hand guards, bent them with heat and mounted them to the side flares on the windshield. Not the best view but they don't interfer with my cover and they are legal mirrors.

These may look a little dorky but by god you can see what's behind you at all times. Get a pair oif the 05-06 skido rev handlebar mounted mirrors. Make sure they are the ones for the fixed windsheild and to get a extra set of handlebar clamps as on the skidoos the mount a little diff. They work for me!

they make a small 1" mirror that mounts to your helmet. actually the best I've ever used. Its easy to glance at and you get a clear view since it's not shaking all the time.

I just bought a set. I have always used the wrist strap mirror and did not seem to have a problem, but I like this idea and I did not know about them, thanks!

They show them mounted off the front of the helmet. I put mine more on the side so they didn't get in the way of opening the visor
