Anyone know any tricks to get the Yamaha white tunnel stickers off? I had theheat on for 30minutes plus applying direct heat with a hair dryer. When trying to pull it off only the clear "coating" came off and now I am stuck peeling off the white portion in tiny pieces at a time. Is goo-gone the best choice? Any ideas? Thanks.

Go to auto parts (NAPA) store and buy a adhesive remover wheel. Its a big eraser wheel that goes on a drill and takes decal and most of the glue with it. A quick wipe with your goo gone and your done.

Or, use a heatr gun and get as much off as possible. Then get 3M's Wax and Adhesive remover for the remainder. The stuff is safe for all finishes. Won't hurt your aluminum at all.

No matter how hot you get those white decals on the tunnel they just come off in little peices. The wheel is cheap and is way easier ~ trust me.

Simple Green it works great. Spray it on a rag and hold it on the area for a min or 2 and rub away.

Really simple green works that good?? I never thought of using it on decals but I might try it.

Soak it with paint thinner then get under it with a razor blade if it's on metal, or heat it with heat gun(to soften) then get the razor blade under it.
Rich.

Heat gun has alway worked for me. Carb cleaner will take off any and all sticker glue. Works fast, just don't use it on any of the plastic's. WD-40 will work also but not as fast but can be used on the plastic parts.
