I need to remove a bunch of rivets on the side of the tunnel. They did not break clean so the shaft of the rivet comes out level with the head. Therefore drilling is not an option. What is an easy way to remove these?
You can take a small punch or scratch awl, and drive the mandrel of the rivet back into the rivet, and even clear out of it, then drill the heads off. Maxdlx

Thank you Max. Those steel rivets I used for the ZX2 skid are a pain in the ! The mandrel would not pound out, I felt like I was going to bend the tunnel before the mandrel was coming out. I had to take a dremel and cut off part of the rivet in the rear. Then I was able to pound it through.
