Okay on my 2015 viper there are 2 , one on each bottom control arm on the front steering ,these rubber boots are replaceable as mine are torn up from ice building up inside the engine area. So how do I get these off the lower control arms?

Take tie rod off the spindle, take all the plastic push pins out, think there's one hidden under the inspection plate, then slide off, might need to take the rod end off too.

Well murdered it's not that easy to just knock off the tie rod from the spindle! The boot is also over the lower control arm rod which leads me to think I'll have to take the hood off and access the bulkhead where the control arm bolts to the bulkhead.

I wasn't quite sure if it went through the lower control arm or not, it's been a long summer and I'm away from my sled at work out of townWell murdered it's not that easy to just knock off the tie rod from the spindle! The tierod just unbolts. Remove the pins slide boot back and the bolt for arm is exposed.Well murdered it's not that easy to just knock off the tie rod from the spindle!
