Replacing throttle cable

Anybody know the easiest way to replace the throttle cable on an 08 rtx (no reverse)

Seat off
Tank off
This should expose throttle cable at throttle bodies.
Remove cable at throttle housing at the right side grip.
Install new cable.

Make certain you have enough free play at throttle (thumb), or your TORS light will come on.

My throttle is very hard to engage. Stiff any cure for that?
