Reverse gear grinding?

The reverse gear just started not grabing? Checked all the linkages and everything is thight. is this something that happens often? What should be checked or adjusted?

I had this on my last trip. Once we got back to warmer weather in chicago it worked fine. I am gonna adjust it as well.

Sometimes ice and snow can jam up the linkage. I had the same issue and it fixed itself once the sled was thawed out.

Don't see any ice anywhere, I'll try adjusting it.

Same thing happened to me this last weekend. I adjusted it, now it works well again!
