has anyone else had a problem with the reverse lever freezing up?My Attak sat for 4 days and today when i went to move it i couldnt move the lever at all...Its in the garage thawing now.

I assume you tried moving it slightly forward to allow it to slide/mesh into gear?...

if so,its most likely froze up i guess....see how warming it up works...

Mine was freezing up something awful. Someone else on here told me that WD-40 worked for him, but I had already got some white lithium grease to put on the linkage. No problems since.

Mine froze from Feb 2-3 in the UP on Lake Gogebic. I had to do power slides to turn around.

Had mine freeze up last weekend in the UP. Sat outside overnight in sub zero temps with about 8" of new snow on the sled. Didn't thaw out until about 8 miles into the ride. Kind of a pain in the a$$ but not a big deal in my book.

radta7, where were you staying? My group was at Konteka in White Pine...9 - Doo's, 6 - Poo's, 9 - Cat's and me...the blue sheep. Guess who had everyone and their mother checking out their sled?!?!? That's right :bling

Love this site. Just learned when I park my sled for the night make sure I'm heading in a direction to be able to pull away. Thanks guys.

PS Nice to know that it will melt out on it's own if need be.

ya it wasnt alot of fun to spin it around when i had it nosed into the side of the house lol.
