Has anyone ever had an issue with the reverse buzzer randomly going off.? It happened to my wife's 06 apex...she started it up after about 5 min trail break and the buzzer was going off, she didn't use the reverse lever at all at that point. I did move the lever back and forth a couple times then it quit buzzing. Haven't really looked into it yet but was wondering if anybody else has had this happen.

Just a guess, maybe the buzzer 'switch' was frozen, and not returning the plunger. You're moving/activating the linkage must have freed it up some.

Yep did it to me as well, I had to unplug it to get it to shut up! Once I got it home I found a back beeper so I got a new one, that lasted like 1 season and then died a horrible death one time when I put it in reverse HAHA It was like BEEP BEEEEeeep beeeeghghgh baaaaaaaa
So I got another one, it quit in 2 years and I been running with no buzzer for 2 years now. I like the beeper, its never happened but I could see at loading trying to go one way and hitting the gas and going flying the other way!

ya i can see that happening too. all you need is friend throwing it in reverse without you knowing when you're stopped on the trail side and over the hood you go.
I took mine out and ran the wires up to the dash, and put in a really bright led in my dash. A lot less annoying than that beeper.
