At your yamaha dealer they sell washers in different sizes ( .5mm & 1mm ) then on the back side of the clutch you will see three bolts take them out and add washers to get the belt where you want it .
As we were both in that thread...lol. I suspect that dyno run was done at the track and the numbers adjusted for parasitic loss. That being said the loss would probably be from the different clutches. Am I right there?
Also dyno is not always real world, let me explain. Chart indicates you should set rpm at 8200 as that is peak power, but real world says get the most rpm you can before power drops. At least that has been my experience.
