RPM's now to high on 04 RX-1

Do you want your engagement higher? If so put in the spring. If not take some weight off.
I like to run soft springs my self.

I think I follow you. I'd rather have a lower engagement, so if I put in the OSO, which I don't believe to be stock on my Warrior, I should get a lower engagement and the top end should rise a bit with final tweaking, if necessary, through the tip weight. Does this sound right?

No the stiffer spring will rasie engagement and shift out speed. (will rasie rpm every where)

Taking tip weight off will mostly just rasie your full shift out rate. (about 100 rpm per gram)

In my 04 Warrior with the OSO spring, engagement is about 4000 RPM and the RPM goes to 10400-10600, along with the shimmed secondary I saw 123 MPH on the DM. 8)

I assume you have a stock clutch set up?

Yes! I was also running SLP anti-Wear Pads, and Green Holtzman Carb Springs and the (Hotter Spark Plugs) NGK 10 ?

This year I'm adding a Silver Secondary Spring, 14.5 mm rollers in the primary, 4 TPI Valves and 160 main jets! :D
