Hit it out of the hole in powder will hit 10200-10300 for a split second, then down to 9700 hold it open for awhile may creap up to 9900. Both clutch's cleaned, air filter cleaned, new plugs, new belt, belt is riding in secondary properly, chain case proper tightness, track also, fuel filters fine, fresh gas, compression 145-150 across the board. Does not miss or stumble, just not making the power it should. All carb diaphrams appear to be fine. Any suggestions would help and be appreciated. Thanks, Mike

Mike: Sounds like my 03. I learned a great solution on this forum; Switch to a mountain spring for a RX 1. I believe it is an orange/silver/orange. That should get you where you need to be, assuming all else is correct.

you might want to try another compression guage as 145-150 is low. manual says 180-230.
