RS LED tail light question

Has anyone replaced the taillight on a RX1 or Vector with aftermarket LED taillight from a 2000 R1?

Yes the little ones do not cast enough light but this one by Radiantz does. The 1.85 inch 1157 base as long as it fits will cast more light than the bulbs that is in there now. thinking of ordering them myself. Click on the link and scroll down a bit. Very good company to deal with.

r1's didnt have led until 02.the new pahzer use's same tailite.

but those bulbs listed above should work great.night and day difference with led.makes you be seen even in snow dust.

I ordered a retro kit for my bike from Radiantz and believe me they are bright no comparison to the incandescent bulb that was in there. If those will fit into the light housing of your rx-1 and you will need two. People will know who and where you are following. They are expensive but like anything you pay for what works and works well.

Thanks for the info on the LED light bulb I will check them out. Take a look at what I found on Ebay. Do you think this would fit? (the part #s are the same for R1 and Rx1 ) (I should be able to run it with out the turn signals.)

no that wont fit.it would in a viper but the rx-1,vector use 00-02 r1 style dual round.

Hey bud if you find out if these lights from custom dynamic fit please let me know. I am thinking of putting them on both my sleds cause I know how bright they are. I would measure them myself but my sleds are still in storage.
