when i do the ones that look like that on my 11 apex xtx, with the rear of the sled suspended with no weight on suspension, i pull the top bolt out of the shock, undo the dog bone linking it to the rear shock. next i crack loose the set screws as they can be a bugger to get loose if you do not have a vice handy. then pull the bolts that hold the shaft in. it then should wiggle out with some effort. after you have the wheels replaced, on reinstallation, i reccomend not tightening the set screws until the shaft is bolted back in as it can be a pain to get them to sit flat on the rail flanges.
