Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2005 rs vector and I need to replace the inside forward most idler wheels. I already bought the wheels took off the skid and now trying to figure out how to replace those wheels. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Not that difficult. Just unbolt the front shock and rear pivot, unbolt the shaft from the skid rails and pull out. Remove the set screws from the retainers at each end and slide them off and the wheels. Possible problems are the set screws that are seized or the retainers and/or wheels seized to the shaft.

Thank you very much. Well explained. Just one other question. When removing the bolt from the shaft to the skid the end of the torsion spring is in the way when the bolt is 3/4 way out. Any recommendations on how to do this. Thank s.

You'll have to remove the outer idler and bracket that holds the spring.

Woh!! Those idlers are pooched! Just goes to show that people ignore their suspensions until something bad happens. Good for you for pulling it from the sled.
