The strap you have going to the deck at the back. Would there be anyway to run it to the rear of the cargo deck so its not rubbing the handle so much? Looks like it could even strap to the rear bumper area.

I have not had an issue with it like that so, I will leave it for now. Been like that for 2 years so I think it will be ok.

Good to know it works like that. I have a bag I have been trying to strap tighter.

Ya. I mounted mine the same as Dexter's. No problems yet, but I only have 289km on it.
