Just finished my bar riser install and wanted to share the results.
Riser is a RSI 3.5" pivoting with a modified Pro Taper bar pad.
Stock cables were fine however I relocated the throttle cable under the brake cable to ensure enough free play. Nice fit and finish. I am 6' and this seems real comfy. Here are photos...

looks good, i like the bar pad. I put the oft relocator and a lake effect 4 inch riser block...I do believe that is as high as you can go on a rtx. Everything is getting a little snug with what I figure is almost 4 inches higher than stock.

Agreed...Sleddingfarmer...4" has to be about max with stock cables etc.

Very nice looking riser! I like the bar pad as well.
