RTX Center shock options

Did you do anything to prevent the torsion spring from hitting the front wheel mount? I see you have the torsion spring stoppers installed. Do they help at all? I had them on a vector and they made the sled buck.

I ground the tips of the torsion springs at an angle, and then had the aluminum mounts machined so spring tip could pass through it. The bumpers help in two ways, they cause the spring tip to lift sooner (more clearance), and with proper rebound, help with bottoming.

I was thinking of doing something similar. Do you have any pictures of the machined mounts? I have a set of stoppers that came off my Vector that look the same so I'll give them a try. If they don't work nothing's lost. Thanks, bjowett.

You will have to remove one wheel to install, You will also want to notch the rail so you can get to the adjusters

I'm not sure way you'd notch the rail. With the required wheel removed I can easly make adjustments through the mounting hole.

Any used OEM RTX center shocks out there? When I first started searching for shock options I was contacted by a few people that had RTX shocks for sale but lost the PM's. If anyone has one for sale let me know.
