Still waiting for the call from dealer. Blahh! But, as I have put together my accessory wish list for him, I was wondering about the T springs. I am coming from a newer Apex on which I added the heavier spring since I am 280lbs. Worked perfect with stock valving up to 3,800 miles and have just re-vavled mono. Se is race ready just in case...Should I be thinking the same thing with the SW. My riding buddy is big also ( both 6'3''- 6' 4") and bought a RTX LE 137 Viper last year which I rode a bit. Seemed to be fine with no major bottoming out but I was told the calibration was a bit firm. Also longer track. Should I be thinking heavier spring for proper set up? New to this Yamacat thing so any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

Anyone please?

The torsion springs I believe have 3 settings for stiffness. With that and the adjustable shocks I would think you shouldn't need to replace springs. To early to tell.

At 280 lbs a heavier spring will likely be required depending on how hard you like to bang the trails. I'd say ride it a see how it feels. FWIW I ran my viper (2014) on the stiffest setting and that was just right for me at 250# geared up.

Thanks. I think I'll wait and see. Just cautious because I drive aggressive , though on Quebec trails.
