Guys I am going to snowcheck one of these tomorrow morning so I need some of my questions answered tonight please. I ride 90% groomed/rough trails in upstate NY. For mostly trail riding how would they compare? Would the LTX be a better rough trail sled considering it will bridge the bumps and it won't be as stiff as the RTX? the RTX @ 129 will bridge bumps as well but I am wondering if i need it to be real stiff! I do ride aggressively so I am not sure

Dude take a look at Troy City Garage...LTX SE $10850 + 295 set up and tax. looks like a pretty good deal?
And I'd go with the LTX SE, you ride Tug and Old Forge right? 137 is a nice choice.

I found an RTX SE for 11,923.92 OTD or from your dealer comes out to 12,042.34 for the LTX. for the extra 120ish dollars i think the 137 would be the way to go. Does anyone know for sure if it comes with the 1.5 inch lug?

Do you guys think the front shocks on the Fx Nytro will mount up tp the front on the Viper? My friend has the float X shocks I think they are called, the ones on last years rough trail Nytro. He does not like them and would be willing to do a str8 swap for the 2s for the Xs and I will be more then happy to do that providing it would mount right up. those shocks are better then the 2s for trail riding right?

I think the Cat shocks are longer so the Viper will be too, Bro Is the $11,900 including tax? TCG is at 11,900 OTD for LTX SE

Get the LTX. Troy city will be 11,850 otd for the rtx. Did you call Excell to see what he could do?

I already asked the question about the float x fitting in the new viper. Unfortunately the chassis on the viper requires a longer shock than what is on the nitro. No swapping on the front end. If I go with the viper the fronts will be going to hygear for the external reservoirs. Not too sure on the viper. Too many good and bad things I am hearing. May have to get myself an xrs till Yamaha comes out with their own sled or kern the nitro one more year

LOL...talking about swapping shocks on a sled that NO ONE has a long term clue about makes me chuckle....carry on.
