I have a rubbing noise coming from the tunnel at slow speeds going over bumps. Really noticeable when I let off the throttle an run into a bump. I have the 1.75 on it and yes the cooling protecters are removed. I can"t see where it might be rubbing. I can't look at it right now because it is at the dealer for a crease in the tunnel. Thats another story.

Sounds like you've obvoiusly changed the track. In my opinion, sounds like you may need to adjust your track alignment. Lift it off the ground and run it slowly to be sure the track isn't rubbing on the hyfax, drivers, bogey wheels, etc. it should be centered between the drop brackets, typically there is only about 1/4 to 3/8 on each side, and not too hard to get it off centered.

Before I took it in everything was set up perfect. It did this from brand new as well.

Check your front limiter straps...
They may be getting pulled into the track when under full front skid compression.

The Nytros do tend to have a little more driveline noise than other models, so unless its something that's definately a problem, a bit of whinning and such won't be out of the ordinary..

Mine does that sometimes, I traced it down to the track scraping the snow/ice off of the sides of the tunnel.
The Nytro is so quiet, that you hear normal noises that get drowned out by 2 stroke engines on other sleds!

I had that rubbing sound too on mine, it was the no-slip wheels that hit the end of the hyfax when i drove over small bumps, i had too grind off some of the rubber on the end of the hyfax plastic thing....
