I´m a newbie on this side of the Totallyamaha, but still been around Yamaha´s a long time.

I found this from swedish website. There is a ´06 RX on a Yamaha testride for the public last spring. They lining it up with a older RX in the end. Also a shrt glimpse of a Vector SP ( NYTRO ). :yam:

I live north of you in the norwegian part of Sápmi (Norwegian Lappland). Did you get a chance to ride the'06 Yammies? Lucky me I did, so I ordered an Attak (RX Warrior to us).

PS! I have to correct you, the site you are referring are a norwegian site, made by guys from Kirkenes in Finnmark, Norway. Thats where most of the videos are shot. Lots of fast running on the frozen fjord near Kirkenes.
 
Great video. I like the name Apex, but I can see the value of giving the RX-1 that kind of power to dispel the whole 1ton thing, which is stupid.

Should I expect that my stock GT is going to transfer weight like that? I can't decide if thats good or bad (dangerous). I know it looks fun.

I wasn´t able to ride the 06 sleds last spring. I missed them like 1 hour. I had a important stuff to do at work, so I stayed there late, and the Yamaha team allready had left when I got to the testride site. Too bad ! And believe me, it was important !!! I would have liked to ride the RX-1 (Apex) against my Vmax4 ( top speed ).

But, still all of my friends who had chance to ride those new sleds, were pretty impressed. Even the Doo guys... ;)!
Only downside about the ne Yammies is the pricetag. Some serious money!!

Hi everyone, nice to be here... I`m one of the owners of amerkjetil.com and wanted to say that I`m glad you liked all those videos,...

gonna be more of them and stuff like that as son as we get some snow up here...
I was actually surpriced that anyone from us or canada would think that there was some good videos from norway, you guys overthere got so much more snow and cheaper sleds and all..

But is there any other snowmobile sites? tip me:)
