rx-1 seat upgrade

i have an 03 rx1 mtn and i think the seat gets very hard after riding a while. i would ethier like more foam put in my seat or buy an apex seat. is the rx1 shorty seat the same as a mtn seat. ps has n e one tried puting more foam under the seat if you have what did u use for foam and did the cover fit back on wit hthe extra foam?

I did both of my 03's RX1 this summer and they feel and look great. I did use 4'' HIGH DENSITY foam and there is plenty of seat cover. Look up past topics and theres one member with step by step and pictures. Good luck.

I have done this as well. Its 200% better! Its like riding a new sled. I stopped in at a local automotive apholstery shop and bought some automotive grade seat foam. easy to conform and handle..

i have a seat for sale its off of my NYTRO 06 i also have a brand new cover for it and would sell the whole deal for $375 with the new cover which alone is worth a few hundred it self pm me and let me know
