Looking for some opinions...RX1 vs Vector...I ride an 02 Viper today and want a sled with the power to run next to anything but with the ability to do it in the trails and tight turns of the woods. I am a bit concearned that the RX1 might not be nimble enough to feel light and small like the sleds I have always run...Any thoughts?

Im only 25 mi on my vect so far. Ive heard that the vect stays with the RX until about 50, then the RX walks away.
Sleds are about the same wt., but the vect is said to feel lighter because of the front end geometry

I ride mostly in northern VT...tight trails, trees, etc...open it up on the lakes and beds but mostly in that 40-60mph range and want the best sled for that type of riding...lot of guys with the RX super happy running a line but have not heard a whole lot in the corners..other than some ski lift.

My good friend Viperman has a '02 Viper and he is a very good rider. Loves to hit the twisties fast. I have no trouble staying on his tail with the RX-1. When I lead he is right behind me until the straightaways :4STroke:

My neighbor rides an RX-1, tried the Rage today, prefers the RX. The guy who bought the Rage wishes he bought the RX instead.

rx vs vector

I just bought a Vector Mount. last week for the wife. Had it out Saturday in 15" of snow and it was fun. Suspension is very soft, power is good and smooth, great weight transfer, much lighter feel and I did not notice any ski lift (although my wife did). However, I was out today in 24" of snow climbing like mad and was stoked to be on the RX1M....the power is a lot better and is very noticable to me. Just my $.02

All good feedback, Thanks. I am leaning close to the RX but just want to make sure that I am not buying a "lake sled". I have run snow x and like to ride that way on the weekends. Looking forward to hearing more as you guys with snow start getting out. Us east coasters are stuck for a few more weeks.
