what is the max Rev that my warrior should be spinning. the reason i ask is is my 05 seems to be screaming past 10 onwards to about 11,3 and seems to hit the rev limiter. just started doing this last night. i inspected the belt, and the the belt was starting to fail on the outside edges. i replaced the belt and it continues to hit the rev limiter. machine has a hauck exhaust and a #5 clutch kit, but has been on machine since 06 and this is the first time it has done this. i also have a 04 warrior and it seems to only pull about 10.2 10.5 at most is this more in the range of normal?

You should not be over 10,300 rpm on a stock rx1/warrior. Anything higher hp falls off dramatically.

Anybody know how I can slow this motor down. Clutch weight prob maybe.springs? I have no idea what to look for

When was the last time the clutches where blown clean of belt dust? Did a spring in either clutch fail? Secondary ramps gone causing the secondary to not open all the way?

checked the helix and the little black bushings were gone. now the helix has been smashing up against the outside of the secondary, busted off some of the edges and wrecked the hauck helix.. awesome
