04 WARRIOR
i have an 04 warrior with 11,789 miles and have spent about$ 3000 on replacement parts 2 tracks bushings , bearings ,hifaxes ,3 w arms, batterys preventive maintainace ect .sled still looks like the day i bought it i ride my sled like i stole it and it still works great. i would have thrown out 3 arctic cats by now

nice... my 04 has 13,200. valves adj at 12,800, replaced the track at 8k miles, new battery last year, and oil lights in the front arms, and installed the horn this summer. I swear it runs as good if not better than my Apex now with the valves done.

Well I only have 11000 km on mine. Best upgrades to date are Olin's and curve skis with a 13mm sway bar . Ice ripper isn't too bad either or ulmers clutching.

Brother ( sappling killer) has an 04 with 22000 km on it. His is extended to 153" and clutched by ulmer. Going onto his 3rd bulkhead atm and others can confirm that his sled gets ridden harder than a stolen one lol.

Up date my warrior is 15 years old still looks like new 19,000 plus miles I will die an old man and give my warrior to my grandson and he will go just as long !

It's for that same reasoning that I held onto my 03 RX-1. It has over 11,000 miles and might as well be considered a Warrior since I extended the Expert-X from 121" to 136".

18,200 miles on my 03. Will stay there if I can’t get this damn carb issue figured out. Up until this issue it has been a great sled but I have been throwing money and time at them with no results.

I am doing the same with my RX-1. When it was my primary snowmobile, I always disassembled, cleaned, and sync'd carbs but then when it wasn't being used, it sat idle inside my home garage without any fuel but believe father time and not using it still caused corrosion to build. I too ordered all new kits but went OEM and ordered the individual jets, pilots, needle & seats etc. since I also run ECP K&N filter kit that required larger mains. I also replaced two arching coils but wonder if I should have replaced the remaining two but they were not arching and snapped onto the spark plug tip more securely than the other two. Also ordered new tank fuel filters. Parts arrived but am up in the U.P. snowmobiling so will have to wait for when I return. I'll post any issues I encounter or things that worked for me in case it might be something related to what you're working on/encountering.;)!

I can't get enough snow or time grrrr!! Both 04 rx1 3000 and 6000 km, up in Canada eh! I've seem them on Kijiji for sale with 30,000 40,000 km in the east where they don't work as much and have more snow lol,at least I've got 600 km so far this year, probably on track to beat our record.
