So much for that. Back to square one thanx to inaccurate info. Website said 20" yet the product arrives and it says 15 1/2" - same one I already have! NOT pleased! We're it a simple picking whoops, that's one thing but a complete misrepresentation on the site for the description...NOT acceptable. Packaged and will head off for a return Monday. To top it off, the rubber cap/seal on the power outlet on the same order was broken too. Yeah, not happy and the e-mails sent I'm sure got that message across.
