Need some help here guys.

The 03 RX1 came with a 121" cone type track.

This sled was converted to a 136" with a 1.25" ripsaw.

The problem is that with the extra load on the engine, I'm only
turning about 9600 to 9800 rpms.

What's the best way to get this combo up around 10200 to 10500?

assuming the clutches are stock, switch the primary spring to a yamaha orange-silver-orange. this has a higher total force for shift out and should get you close. also check center to center and offset, and adjust if needed. also remove stick coils and clean plug contact area with brake or carb cleaner to remove carbon dust. theres more that can be done, but this will put you in the right direction.

You can run 24t on top, but you need to clutch for it.

I am running a 1.375 x 136" Cat SnoPro Track with stock gearing. Clips 121-123 on the dream meter.

You just have to change the secondary setup. Run a warrior secondary spring and a Dalton 47/41 "R" helix and be happy :)

This will change the amount of torque seen by the motor. Also check the coils and plugs just like Grader mentioned

What about clutch arms?

Heel clickers, heavy hitters, or removing tip weight on stock arms.

Any ideas here?

The stock arms will work fine with that setup in the back.

Me, I am running a GRN/GRN/GRN with Dalton DPYR weights loaded right up and love it.
