Rx1 cluster looking for a tack wire

Hey anyone out there know what wire is it that comes out of the dash harness that will activate the tach in the dash I’m putting it on another project and just needs the tach to work

I believe you need the y/b yellow black wire.

Just the yellow black wire nothing happens I just getting at it now, anything else I can try

here are two shots from the service manual. 36 is the tach. Let me know if you need anything else.
