Rx1 mountain pack box

So I couldn’t find a rack or pack box which fit my new to me rx1 mountain. Here is what I came up with in case anyone wants to copy me.

Parts:

Action packer tote.
Led sealed tractor trailer type taillight.
Solder And heat shrink.
Thin sheet of 24x24 checkerplate aluminum.
Misc bolts nylock nuts washers and rivets

1 test ride in. About 75 km covered. Gear stayed dry and surprisingly had no exhaust odour despite obviously rich exhaust.

I mounted my aluminum heat shields even with the top of the lid to protect the gap.

Lots of storage for a gear and I don’t even notice it’s there even when riding one knee up on the seat.

That must have made the sled quite a bit louder with noise bouncing off the box ?
