I was wondering if anyone was running a hotter plug. If so what type are they and what are the results you have seen. Mine has the stock cr9e and they are new. Someone posted a reply to my holtzman spring post and said to try cr10e. What is the advantage. I did have some starting issuses although I believe it was bad fuel. I rode it Monday for 150 miles and it started fine after the initial start up that took quite awhile with the battery charger and fuel in the cylinders. The plugs were black and wet so I know I had fuel and the jetting is plenty rich. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,

Less fouling due to two electrodes and supposedly two to three more HP. Racers have used these plugs for years.

Sled dog are you speaking of the cr10e's?

the cr10ek dual electrode plug is colder, not hotter. do not run a hotter plug than stock. if the 10s are causing you problems, go back to the stock plugs, the 2 hp difference wont change your life, but the sled not starting in the middle of nowhere at -30 could.

Thanks Grader,
I started the sled today and my thoughts of bad fuel were confirmed, it started great and idled perfect when light was done flashing with the choke off. Only if I didn't have to go to work I'd been gone for the day.
