Fixed it!

I'm little lost on the primary clutch bolt.

1st torque down to 85 pounds. Then loosen it and torque down to 43 pounds.

Am I reading this correct.

yes that is proper procedure. 1st torque seats it on the taper. 2nd torque is just to keep it there.
