RX1 vibration

Help, Please . My 03 rx1 has developed a nasty vibration lately . I tought it was tthe clutch so I replaced all the wear parts . They were sorely needed but didn't cure it. The vibration is up to about 7400 rpm then the sled feels like a turbo kicked in and takes off with no vibration. Where else shouldd I look for problems? :Around 10K miles
