like the sound but sound isnt everything anyone here of the way these to mods perform????????

thtd be great cause iam really considern my only concern is if i buy the exhaust and the airpods i would have to buy the fuel regulator to prevent it from leaning out

I have one of chris's pipes. it woke my Phazer up big time. I found it to bee a little loud but it's a an early prototype so he is gonna rework it for me.
I used an Ulmer kit for my clutch and It works great!

well iam prety sure its a sealed deal but i just wanna know if its gonna lean out my sled ??

I will ask my boss what he thinks because he is a ticketed automotive tech. as well as a small engine tech. I'll let you know when I get home after work !!!

thtd be great ive gotten a few oppinions and talked to a friend of mine at the dealer and he said tht the computer will compenate for 10% but anymore than tht he said uwould probably hae to get the fuel regulator

Probably wrong here, but I thought the fuel regulator leaned the mix out by reducing the PSI to the fuel injectors? If so, then you DO NOT need the regulator once you add a free flowing exhaust and the intake airpods... those mods will lean the mix out enough!

I got a chance to talk to Chris last night about his products, Chris is not just your Mass production type of guy, He takes alot of time profecting sound, and exceleration. I know he is really proud of his pipes. If I had a option of using a pipe for racing I would buy Chris's hands down.

Clutch kit Ulmer has that dialed in to perfection the guy is a big time Grass drager.

Hope this info helps

I might be wrong on this, Once you ad a pipe and intake and drive the sled for a few miles it self adjusts to a stock Air fuel ratio?? I might be wrong on this, but this is how I thought the system played out.
By tricking it with a lower PSI regulator your not allowing it to adjust it. It's like fixed??

The ECU will NOT compensate for those modifications. It is not a closed loop system that can "learn" what you have done to your sled. It is a basic open loop system that is programmed to do what Yamaha has told it to do based off of intake temp, barometric pressure, etc.

What would you recomend in "onlyblue4stroke"'s case ??? Mine as well I guess. I have his duel pipes with only 3 of the 6 air pods installed as well as the clutch kit... Thanks in advance SRXspec.....

Makes sense because there is not a 02 sensor in the exhaust. You think if you have Fresh cold air flowing into the box it would sence that and add fuel?
