there are no rods on the se that the xtx and regular fx have but there is like a limiter strap with holes in the rear where this should be is that the weight transfer on the se that strap thx

Not adjustable on any of the FX Nytro shorties, unless you install aftermarket coupler blocks instead of the stationary stopper blocks.
The limiter strap that you are talking about controls the coupling from "front-to-rear" (= makes the entire rear suspension compress as a parallellogram when the front of the suspension is compressed). This is not the same thing as controlling weight transfer on acceleration, as this is more about controlling the coupling from "rear-to-front" (=make the entire rear suspension compress as a parallellogram when the rear of the suspension is compressed).

rage man, are you finding that the 09 SE transfers too much or too little?

In my case, I wanted to try adding more transfer, but to do this, modding the coupler blocks would be required, but I don't want to make a mistake, and going back to stock would mean having to get new ones.

well the skis are just a little 2 light and on my rage the wt worked well i just pulled down my limiter strap 1 hole i just wanted to see if i had the wt so that i didnt but its good now way better = Alatalo
when and what for would i ever toucgh that back strap for then

I pulled the rear strap down a hole - no more wheelies with stock blocks!!

I cranked up the pressure on the center shock in the suspension and softened the pressure on the ski shocks.
