Was wondering if anyone is familiar with this seat for a procross chassis. I've found some posts about people putting mountain seats on the trail sled. Looks like this is the shape and height of the mountain seat, but with a firmer foam. I have a Cat, but I've always found better info on this site (thanks to those who pointing me in the direction of Rock's HID lights - they work great).

No one is familiar with this company or its seats? Looks like it may be 2 stroke only - I assumed the seats are the same between the 2 strokes and 4 strokes on this chassis, but may be wrong.

Don’t think it will work on 4 stroke as the seat pans are different.

Do you have a 4 stroke cat ? Do you have a 2 stroke cat? What year is your Cat? If you have a 2 stroke the 2 stroke mountain seat will work. If you have a four stroke, the Yamaha mountain seat should work. Make sure you match up the same year as yours. I would call the company direct to help you match up the correct combo for your needs. good luck

Mine's a 2 stroke cat. I like to find info on here. I was curious about the yamaha mountain seats because people say they are firmer. Perhaps it's just because the seat pan is different between the 4 strokes and 2 strokes, with the different gas tank.

I have the mountain seat on mine. Very hard material. Not that comfortable for distance.

Seat Concepts is/was WRP. Not sure of the differwnces between the cat and yamaha seats sorry. I do have WRP seats on my Nytro and Vector and I will say they are great improvement over the stock seat.

That's good to know. People had good opinions of WRP seats. I think I'm going to do this. The low seat is only thing I don't like about my sled.Seat Concepts is/was WRP. I emailed seat concepts to see if their seat would work on a 2019 ZR RR 8000 and they want a picture of my stock seat to make sure it will fit. Great idea to make sure so you dont end up with the wrong seat that you will have to pay to ship it back!

Great idea - can you let me know what you find out? My sled is in a garage a couple hours away, and I'm not sure when I'd get there. I have an 18 ZR 6000, so we should have the same seat. At this point, I won't order until I can get a picture but I'm interested if it would fit. I think it would, as people are swapping the riot/xf/older style mountain sleds on the ZR, but like you said, I'd rather be sure before I order.I emailed seat concepts to see if their seat would work on a 2019 ZR RR 8000 and they want a picture of my stock seat to make sure it will fit. OK, emailed Travis at BOP and he said seat concepts seats dont fit on two stroke ZR cats. I wanted to go through Travis because he is a dealer for these seats. Thanks Travis for getting the real scoop for us.

That's strange. Seat concepts says they are for the riot, and the riot has the same seat base as the 2 stroke cat ZR, at least the 18 and newer ones. The seat base was different 17 and back, so maybe that's what he was talking about. The seat base is different on 4 strokes from 2 strokes.

Yes,I thought that was strange as well. I called seat concepts and they said as well that it wont fit a 2019 ZR RR 8000. The seat I asked about was SKU 45-6M8000-20-26000LS. PHONE NUMBER 1-208-417-1726. If you get a different answer from them on this please let us know.

Well, I'm certainly not going to argue with the people who made the seat, but the seat base part number for the 20 Riot, for my 18 ZR6000, and your 19 ZR RR 8000, are all the same: 7606-063, at least according to partspitstop.com, where I compared part numbers. So I don't understand why it wouldn't fit.
Update: On seatconcepts website, there is a chat function. I asked if it would fit, and they asked me to email the specifics. I'll update here once I hear back from them.

Yes I agree. The seat base numbers for the bases are the same on OEM parts lists for my 2019 rr 8000 as the 2020 Riot and ES mountain sleds. Thats why I am not understanding why they say it wont fit. That being said,it might fit,but I am not willing to make A 330.00 dollar gamble. I double checked several sites including Babbits and country cat and all the seat bases have the same number you listed.
